Wine maker notes
This Pinot Grigio is grown in the best geographic location in the Veneto. Harvest takes place in early September, and the grapes are quickly crushed and cold fermented to retain their natural, fruity flavors. Aging and stabilization are carried out in computerized stainless steel tanks. The wine is bottled and released at the beginning of the year following the harvest.
Pair this wine with seafood and freshwater fish, as well as light preparations of veal and chicken.
