Maximo Viura is a fresh, lively, light drinking white perfect for casual dining, seafood or on it’s own.
The grapes are crushed gently and fermentation is in stainless steel tanks at at very low temperatures for 21. The wine is aged entirely in stainless steel and bottled young to retain its freshness.
Maximo Viura has aromas of green apples, lavender and hay, with delicate but intense floral and citrus notes. In the mouth, the wine is round, mellow and dry, with well-balanced acidity, before a delicate, spicy finish.
