Wine maker notes

Deep, bright ruby color with intense aromas of ripered fruit, cherry flavors, raspberries, coffee and peppery notes. On the palate, the wine has an elegant spicy hint, dark chocolate and plum jam with a round balanced finish.

Food pairing

Pairs well with seasoned grilled white meat and semi-firm flavorful cheeses like Cheddar and Swiss. Also enjoy with poultry and red meats and pastas.

Producer

The Cremaschi family crafts the wines of Arauco from fruit sourced within its own expansive vineyard holdings located in the Central Valley, the cradle of Chilean winemaking.
