Wine maker notes
Anderra Sauvignon Blanc is crafted from grapes grown in Chile’s renowned white wine regions—the Curico and Maule Valleys. Our winemakers work closely with vineyard managers to ensure adherence to strict quality standards.
Sauvignon Blanc is one of the most popular varieties planted in Chile. Plentiful sunshine, humid winds from the sea and the altitude naturally moderate temperatures, giving the wine great aromatic intensity, as well as a vibrant acidity. The yields are kept at a low level to favor concentration.
Fresh cheeses, salads, light pastas, fish and seafood, or sushi and sashimi.
