Wine Advocate 88 points - Bucci’s 2010 Rosso Piceno is an attractive entry-level Sangiovese/Montepulciano blend. Flowers, spices and dark red berries burst from the glass. I very much like the exuberance here, even if some slightly rough edges remain. With a little more attention to cooperage the Rosso Piceno could be a materially better wine. The fruit itself is striking in its beauty. Anticipated maturity: 2013-2015. (Feb 2013)
Rich and vinous with supple fruit. Well-structured and characterful palate.
