The grapes were crushed whole cluster and fermentedin stainless steel to retain the bright, fresh and zesty characteristics of the varietal. Pronounced aromas and flavors of pear, citrus and honeydew melon lead to a refreshing crisp finish.

After establishing Quintessential Wines, a highly regarded importer of family-owned wineries, the Kreps family started another venture - Angel's Secret. These wines are made from grapes that are planted on steep, north-facing slopes of Shannon Ridge Ranch in High Valley, California. The vineyard is planted at elevations of 1,700-2,200 feet to permeable volcanic and red pumice stones and overlooks Clear Lake where cool maritime breezes create ideal growing conditions. The wines are crafted by second generation winemaker Robert Pepi.
