The nose is bursting with aromas of vanilla, dried apricots, and cantaloupe which carry through to the palate along with raisined fruit and sweet pumpkin. The high content of residual sugar is balanced by lively acids. Enjoyable on its own or with any number of sweets. Also excellent with foie gras.
