Wine maker notes
The grapes come from the Casablanca Valley where the
maturity of this variety occurs slowly since the marine
influence allows a very well balanced accumulation of acids and sugars. Its yields under the 8 tons per hectare and has very sandy soil, with deep and of good drainage.
This wine is deep, elegant and of great power in mouth.
The Reserva Especial Sauvignon Blanc is conceived to
combine the herbaceous, vegetables and fruit-bearing
aromas in a perfect balance. All these aromas can be felt in mouth like rich flavors and always accompanied by great acidity very well balanced that allows drinking the wine pleasantly.

In 1994 he had his first grape harvest, achieving wines immediately recognized at international level for their quality, reliability and style. Since then, and due to the delicate handling of their vineyards and a careful manufacturing process, year after year they have been developing their prestige as a fine wine producer.
