Montenisa Satèn is made exclusively with the best Chardonnay selections. The first fermentation tales place partly in stainless steel vats and partly in barriques, and the second in the bottles, with subsequent contact on the yeasts for at least 30 months. The wine is straw-yellow in colour with golden hues, and creamy mousse with a delicate, lasting perlage . The original, intense nose has floral notes and the hints of white peaches add depth and balance. The wine's liveliness and freshness are perfectly balanced on the full complex palate.
