Color: Intense ruby red.
Bouquet: Pleasant aroma of ripe fruit, prunes and blackcurrant.
Flavor: Full body and pleasant tannins balance well with fruity and light barrique.
Teroldego is an indigenous varietal of Trentino that thrives in the Piana Rotaliana. The name of thiscomplex grape is derived from "Tiroler Gold”, a name it was given in the Court of Vienna in the Austro-Hungarian Empire. Made only in remarkable vintages from hand selected grapes, this wine is aged for two years in oak, from the best Piana Rotaliana vineyards, i.e. "Fron”, "Rauti”, "Catorzi” and "Sottodossi”.

| Pressing with separation of the stems. Maceration of the skins with frequent repassing of the must. Fermentation at controlled temperature of 25°C (77°F) for 12 – 13 days. 24 months of aging, of which 12 in oak barrels (Allier and Troncais) and final refining in the bottle. |
