Cucao Pedro Ximenez is a unique wine. It delivers freshness and fruitiness with a very well balanced acidity and fruit concentration!
The Elqui Valley is the northern most wine growing region of Chile, located 500 kilometres north of Santiago. This area is well known for its long, warm and dry summers and for having one of the clearest skies in the world. All this ensures that the grapes develop all their varietal potential. Pedro Ximenez is one of the oldest grapes varieties in Chile. It was originally introduced and developed in the north of Chile for the production of Pisco. Extremely rustic, it has survived to the very extreme conditions of soils and temperature with an extraordinary generosity, providing grapes with hard skin, great perfume and succulent juice. The vinification was done in stainless steel tanks to preserve its flavors and aromas. Ideal to be served as an aperitif or with sea food.
