This champagne is made using the methode champenoise process. Many sweeter-styled sparkling wines are made with a less costly bulk process known as the charmat, which skips traditional in-bottle secondary fermentation. Our Sweet Cuvee has beautiful, gemlike bubbles and is made in a bright, fruit-forward style. It has a bright citrus and tropical fruit character.
