Grapes are hand harvested in late March. Fermentation takes place under strictly controlled temperatures and the resulting wine is aged sur lie for seven months in stainless steel.
Enjoyable upon release, this wine will maintain its character for 3-4 years. Delicious with seafood, sushi, sashimi and grilled vegetables.
