From the winery, "A deep Ruby red hue, this Pinot Noir unfolds with the scent of rose petals, plums, maraschino cherries and warm cinnamon rolls. The palate bares flavors of raspberries, cardamom, cloves, orange peel, and huckleberries with a subtle finish of cedar and cassis.

| Our 2010 Aquinas Pinot Noir has a balanced bouquet of plum, blackberry and toasty vanilla, with floral notes of violet and Jasmine. Rich and full flavors of raspberry, peach skin and roasted walnuts rounded out with burnt
caramel notes through the finish. This wine is medium bodied and fruit forward with nicely integrated acidity creating a versatile wine with depth. |
